The Vihar, popularly known as Chavihar, is one of the main Vihars in Pashupati Area. This Vihar has its own sangh (Association). Earlier, it was customary for this Vihar to have its own Kumari. This tradition, however, is not practiced now. Buddha, Dharma , and Sangha hold central importance in Buddhism, representing the core pillars of its teachings and practice.
